Crescent Heights is one of Calgary's most well-known and oldest communities. Spanning from 16 Avenue to the north down to Memorial Drive and the Bow River to the south, this neighbourhood is centrally located to downtown and is split down the middle by Centre Street North. Hemmed in by Edmonton Trail to the east and 4 Street NW to the west, Crescent Heights offers a diverse demographic with an abundance of amenities located nearby. 

Demographics: Average household income of $108,185 and average individual income of $50,682. 

Transportation: Crescent Heights is very accessible by public transportation with many amenities also within walking distance. Once the Green Line is completed in 2026 the neighbourhood will be linked to the city's CTrain system as well.
