The community of Capitol Hill is located in the northwest quadrant of the city and provides quiet residential living paired with quick access to the downtown core and great amenities including the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium, Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and the Alberta University of the Arts. Confederation Park cuts a swath through the northern part of the neighbourhood abutting 16 Avenue NW to the south, 19 Street NW to the west, and 10 Street NW to the east. 

Demographics: Average household income of $126,155 and average individual income of $54,096. 

Transportation: Capitol Hill is extremely accessible by public transit with CTrain stations to the south of the community and numerous bus lines serving the neighbourhood.
