• The Mel Star Team will request health and recent travel information from all parties involved before any showings to evaluate any potential risk.
• As the seller, you have no obligation to show the property if you feel uncomfortable.
• Our team will create a marketing video to help virtually highlight your property.
• We suggest only allowing viewings for serious buyers who make an offer on the property.
• To ensure our client's safety we make all viewings conditional to wearing masks, and the use of hand sanitizer. 
• The Mel Star Team will add conditions to home viewings such as, not touching any surface in the home during a showing.
• A seller will be required to leave all lights on, and doors and cabinets open during the showing.
• We suggest our clients clean and sanitize their homes before and after all showing or inspection.
• The Mel Star Team will not enter a new seller representation agreement that includes hosting open houses at this time.
• We will start conducting open houses again once the risk of COVID-19 is reduced and government lifts restrictions.
• We will help our clients set up virtual open houses and tours, so they are able to show their homes safely.

• We will help our buyers find the best properties for you to consider and limit the amount of showing and keep everyone's safety in mind.
• We suggest our clients place viewing conditions, such as not touch anything unless necessary and to leave any lights on or doors or drawers open.

• To ensure our client's safety we will travel in separate vehicles to viewings to limit the amount of time spent together.
• The Mel Star Team will utilize virtual video tours for initial viewings of properties.
• Our client's safety is our top priority because of this we take precautions during viewings, including using hand sanitizer and avoid touching any unnecessary surfaces while viewing a property. 
• We will communicate with you virtually using online meeting tools or by phone, to ensure we avoid any unnecessary in-person meetings.
• At Mel Star, we use electronic signing documents.
• Our team is ready to help you complete all financial transactions electronically.
• If an in-person meeting is required our team will practice safe social distancing at all times.
